5. Prize Claims

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and transfer costs associated with prize acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

JetSet Draws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for ticket purchases.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
